Roasted chickpeas for your next snack attack

Who doesn’t wanna hear a new snack treat?? ME!! But it’s snacking so it has to be easy

Follow the recipe below and feel free to tweak with your own preferred herbs and spices!

INGREDIENTS

1.5 cups chickpeas  

1 1⁄2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil or coconut oil

1⁄2 teaspoon Himalayan salt  

1⁄2teaspoon paprika  

dash cayenne  

1⁄4 teaspoon cumin  1

⁄2teaspoon garlic powder  

1⁄2 tsp turmeric  

METHOD

Drain the chickpeas. Put on paper towel to dry. Then add to a bowl with spices and toss until coated

Line baking tray with oil and spread out the chickpeas

Pop in oven at about 160 degrees and cook for about 10 minutes, watching closely as they cook quick!
