Green madness for energy boosting
Feeling flat and want an energy boost? A smoothie is a great option! Especially in the arvo when you have had your daily coffee quota
Get the kids to help and hopefully they will drink it with you!
INGREDIENTS
1 Cup Nut Milk
1 Whole Frozen banana
1 handful Parsley or mint
1⁄2 Avocado
1 Cup Baby spinach
1 Teaspoon Flax seeds
1 Teaspoon Chia seeds
1 Drop doTERRA Peppermint essential oil
METHOD
Blend half a tray of ice
Add frozen banana & blend
Add remaining ingredients and slowly add the nut milk until you get the desired consistency you like
