Habit stacking new routines

It’s a great idea to lock in the habits by using triggers and reminder queues.

I have my oil pulling ingredients in the bathroom next to my toothbrush,

my lemon water I take to bed with me and its on my bedside table ready for when I wake up,

I have my supplements in a section on my kitchen bench near my coffee, so that when I make my coffee they are right next to them so I cant forget them.

My brain octane oil that I have in my coffee sits next to the coffee.

When I walk into the kitchen my diffuser and oils are there so I can put that on as soon as I am up and about getting organised.

Create new habits with locked in triggers to keep you on task..
