Self care detox bath
Unfortunately you cannot avoid toxins. You can minimise how much you are exposed to, however sometimes what we are exposed to is out of our control. Thankfully, there are natural and safe ways to support the body to effectively reduce and eliminate toxins.
It is great to learn how to detox with essential oils and other natural remedies. Why not implement a self care ritual of a detox bath at least once a week?
Ingredients
1 cup Magnesium flakes
1/2 cup Epsom Salt
1 cup Baking Soda
1 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
5 drops of Lavender Essential oils
5 drops of Juniper Berry
