My name is Melissa and I am the founder of Improve Yourself. I am a mother of three amazing children. I have been with and married to my husband, Paul, since I was a teenager. Our interests, dreams and goals remain very similar. Paul is also my partner in doTERRA and has made my journey possible with his help and support.
We as a family, have been on our own health journey for over 8 years and have experienced and learnt a lot. My passion in life is nutrition, natural health care and low tox living. I have had the opportunity and continue to seek more knowledge to improve any health issues that surface and improve our overall health and quality of life.
For many years I have been researching, learning, empowering and now teaching, not only myself, but my family, friends and my clients, ways in which they can improve their health.
When essential oils came into my life a few years ago, I had an amazing experience with them immediately . I was blown away with what balance, digestzen and onguard could do for me! I mean seriously?! What the?!!
