Over four days, three nights, you can bravely explore who you are, whilst nourishing your soul, body and mind at this 5 star resort.
Melissa Wilkes, of Improve Yourself, will be your host for this retreat. Melissa has been hosting retreats in Western Australia for 6 years and loves the positive feedback she receives after her retreats and the inspiring changes women exhibit from attending.
