Asian Slaw

Mixed crunchy vegetables such as –

1/ 4 Red caggage

1/2 small Chinese cabbage, (wombok)

Bunch baby Kale leaves

2 cups Mesclun leaves

2 Carrots grated

Packet Snow pea sprouts or bean shoots

Fresh mint bunch

Fresh coriander bunch

 

Dressing

1 lemon or lime, freshly squeezed + sprinkling of zest

1 Tablespoon honey

3 Tablespoons Tamari or coconut aminos

1 Tablespoon toasted sesame oil

 

Method

Grate & shred vegetables very small and thin

Massage vegetables with your hands for a few minutes

Add dressing ingredients in separate bowl and mix well

Add dressing to salad

Top with sesame seeds, fresh coriander and mint
