1 cup of bone broth daily, try adding it to meals so the whole family gets the benefits too! Make sure your bone broth is made from good quality bones. Easy to make and delicious!
For a sore throat I make a little shot glass, i add a teaspoon of coconut oil, a teaspoon of filtered water, and a drop of each OnGuard, Thyme, Myrrh and Lime essential oil.
